Patch Cord SM SC-SC is a 1 m pair of optic cable. Both side are terminated with a UPC polished SC header. The ceramic part of the connectors are 125 mm. This patch cord consist of single mode fiber optic cable, is 1 meter long and 3 mm in diameter. The fiber optic fibers inside are covered with LZSH coating and have diameter of 50/125. Patch cords are an integral part of the Telecommunications and IT field. Fiber optic patch cords are mainly used to connect active network equipment to optical crossovers and other equipment. Patch cord signal transmission loss is 0.11dB on average. The return loss is 51dB. The operating temperature ranges from -30°C between +50°C.
