Patch Cord SM LC-LC is a 50 m pair of fiber optic cable. Both side are terminated with a UPC polished LC header in blue. The ceramic part of the connectors are 125 mm. This patch cord, consist of single mode fiber optic cable, is 50 meters long and 3 mm in diameter. The fiber optic fibers inside are covered with LZSH coating and have a diameter 50/125. Patch cords are an integral part of the Telecommunications and IT field. Fiber optic patch cords are mainly used to connect active network equipment to optical crossovers and other equipment. Patch cord signal transmisson loss is 0.12dB on average. The return signal loss is 51dB. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 50°C.
